I called five companies trying to find someone to power wash my house the week before Christmas, and these were the only guys to pick up the phone and give me a quote. They answered immediately, gave me a fair quote, and had someone out the next morning to start the work. Good quality work and excellent communication throughout. Owner and techs were very friendly and professional. Weather kept them from making the first appointment, but I was given notice a couple days in advance it might happen. Communication is really good with Excellent Exteriors.

The final bill was spot on with the estimate. With estimates I don't like surprises! They treat the roof with the chemicals that kill the moss and algae. There was no soft pressure washing to wash the dead matter away which I'm ok with. Don't need to pay for what nature will take care of. This may account for their estimate being lower than other companies I inquired about.

I would recommend Excellent Exteriors to my neighbors.

Excellent Exteriors provided exceptional service and were easy to coordinate with. The unpredictably rainy fall weather this year made scheduling a challenge as their process works best in dry weather. They were very communicative and easy to reschedule with due to unforseen rain. The end product was absolutely worth it and saved me on HOA fines. The team went the extra mile making sure everything looked perfect, even after arriving and finding the previous owners of this house hadn't had the gutters cleaned in at least a decade. I'm planning to have them back in the summer for roof and driveway cleaning.
