Nick, our sales/contact person, has been a pleasure to work with. Any issues, bulbs etc., he responds right away and sends someone out. The lights look great! The crew has been extremely nice and easy to work with. This service definitely beats getting on a ladder and doing it ourselves! Not sure about take down service yet since we just had them put up. I’m assuming that will go well too. Do recommend, so far so good!!!!

Very happy with our Christmas lights. They did a great job setting up. We did have to have them come back and secure one or two of the wires but overall it was great. They are very prompt in replacing bulbs that go out. We had our house and pool house done along with some bushes and it all looked great. Take-down also went well and they did that quickly.

I am a new owner and needed some repairs done to my back deck and gazebo. Before the repairs could be done a good cleaning needed to happen first. Excellent Exterior was very reasonable and quick to schedule the process. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jim and Jordon were very courteous to the area around what was being cleaned as well as all surfaces. Everything looked lovely and clean when they were finished. They allowed my grandson to watch and even hold a few of the handles. My only recommendation would be, (especially in a 55 up community,) is if the hoses are crossing a walking sidewalk, to put some type of caution triangle or standing sign as some seniors have issues with sight and tripping.

Excellent Exteriors did an outstanding job of wrapping my trees in Christmas lights which looked stunning. There was a small glitch and they responded immediately and fixed the problem and surpassed my expectations. Will definitely use again.
