Jim, Dexter & Erik power washed my house today. First off, these three men were true professionals and very nice! We had algae, dirt, mildew and those black stripes on our gutters. Also, our gutters were dirty & clogged inside. They worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job! I am very impressed and definitely will be calling you guys again. I will be spreading the word about your company in our neighborhood fb page. Thank you and hats off to Jim, Dexter & Erik!

The name is "Excellent Exteriors" and they did an very excellent job on the exterior of my house. They even went beyond the agreement when they realized that I had some built-up gunk in my gutters, which required extra work to eliminate. And they did not charge extra for it. I have been waiting to give my review because I wanted to be able to look at the windows after a few days of getting it done. I wanted the windows cleaned because they looked terrible and I realized that I never had it done after 13 years. While I think the young guy did a relatively good job, I was a little thrown off that he never used a ladder on a 3 level townhouse. Some of the windows didn’t look clean but I am still torn between it being not well done or of it was the gas buildup between the double glass. I will say in his defense that he did bring to my attention that he was having trouble getting the two windows on the front clean. He did make make an effort to try to clean them again but with the same results. There was some marks from bird poop and he couldn’t really get it off. So I wonder if there is something you use for stubborn stains. I also had the screens cleaned and...

Great communication between the customer and the staff. Emails and texts indicating the service and when they were on the way to the house. The house looks like it was new.

Easy to schedule, detailed price quotes, called when en route to appt. arriving promptly on time, described what was going to be done, worked diligently to complete all our requests, detail to attention and conscientious of their work. Would highly recommend.

The technicians that arrived were very considerate of the property and landscaping. They listened and took action to address my concerns in different areas of the house. The gutters were of particular concern and the Vinyl siding where mildew was prevalent. The house looks brand new, and the white painted trim is super bright! Nice job!
