Recently, I hired Excellent Exteriors to soft wash our aluminum siding and roof, and to remove accumulated oxidation from the siding. Eric and Jim did an excellent job washing the siding and especially the roof, which was covered in moss, mildew and algae. As promised, the roof looks new. However, the oxidation removal did not produce the outcome I was expecting. Nick Bailey, Sales Manager and Chase Vess, Owner, immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. This is an impressive company, which I definitely will use again, as well as recommend it to family and friends.

Initially I was hesitant about the price, but it's worth every penny. We had our gutters cleaned and our deck washed/cleaned. They gave us a heads up they were enroute, showed up on time, were very professional and friendly, and did an AMAZING job. Our deck looks brand new by comparison. We're looking at using them again to seal it. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Great on communication. On time. Job was completed beyond expectation. One of my plants got hit by accident but they wanted to take action to correct. It wasn't a big deal for us but was nice to know they were willing to get the job corrected.

I can’t say enough about what a great job Justin sexton did power washing our old fence and house. He stayed out in 97 degree heat all day and stayed until dark to finish up and we can’t wait to see how fresh the house looks in the morning.

Once again another job done well by Armando of Excellent Exteriors. All exterior windows done in a very short time on a very hot day. I was worried the system was no more than a bottle of windex hooked to a hose but it was much more than that and had great results. I liken it to the brush at car washes with the water and foam coming out, not as much water and cleaner but quite the same. Armando did a great job and was very attentive and ensured I got what I wanted. Well done.
