Our roof had some traces of algae run-off (the dark black streaks starting at the roof’s highest point down to the house gutters). Even though there weren’t many streaks, we knew it would become worse if left untreated. We hired Excellent Exteriors LLC to provide a “soft wash” on our complete roof. They did an excellent thorough job for us. Our roof looks great!
No streaks and no discoloration. Every time I drive down my street and see how clean our roof is, I am truly pleased we hired them! They definitely get 5 stars!!

The person sent by Excellent Exteriors showed up on time and was very polite. I felt like he was a little inexperienced; but in all fairness to him, I would only let them use dawn detergent, no bleach or chemicals because of the manufactured stone on part of our home. I went with this company because of their many reviews. I would have given the company five stars, but I still had some remainders of spider webs left on the white trim. I was extremely happy with the windows. I will use this company again.

I heartedly recommend Excellent Exteriors to power wash your house. They promptly responded to my inquiry and scheduled a washing the next week. The technician who power washed my house was courteous, walking me around my house for an inspection
before and after. The quality of work was amazing with attention to detail. My house is clean and really seems to sparkle. I’m very satisfied and will call them again.

Attention to detail and thoughtfulness in their approach was way more than I expected. They covered our bushes because we had just decorated for Halloween and they didn’t want to mess them up. Didn’t even ask them to do this. Ozzie was very personable. What a terrific young man. I haven’t see someone with a work ethic like this in a long time! Definitely recommend them!
