This is the first time that our board of directors approved lights for our community clubhouse and we chose Excellent Exteriors LLC. Nick provided a thorough proposal explaining everything that we would receive and when it was time for the lights to be put up, he contacted me three days before and once again told me what to expect. Eric P and team showed up when expected and took their time putting the lights up. Everything was spectacular when they were done. I am impressed with this company. Right from the beginning - courteous support in answering my questions, creating a plan and scheduling a date. On the day of service, I received texts letting me know who/when arrival would occur and another text when the service was complete. The technician was absolutely phenomenal - Professional, Polite, and one Hard worker. Services performed - entire home power-washed, windows cleaned, all concrete walkways/front porch cleaned, the deck & patio cleaned and finally the patio sealed. One Guy, One Day all done exceptionally well.

Excellent Exteriors arrived within the time they scheduled, the technician explained all of the services while walking around the house with me, upon completion the technician again went over all the areas indicating difficult areas and areas he did more than once. My house sparkles! I will use them again. Great job!

The presentation of the quote was perfect and so helpful to visualize the finished project i with the detailed photos. He keeps you updated all along the process. Extremely easy to deal with. This is my third year using Excellent Exteriors. The last two years I had my house washed and the windows cleaned. This year I added having my patio cleaned. I’m so glad I did. Everything is sparkling clean and fresh. Osbaldo Hernandez did an outstanding job in only two hours. It would have taken me a couple of weekends to get it all done.
