From the first contact with Excalibur Moving, their staff members showed a high level of professionalism. Their consultant over the phone was polite and sent me thorough and helpful information via e-mail. One message was an introduction to their services, another was a complete estimate, a quote, a confirmation, an email with tips for a successful move. They were also very prompt in sending electronic receipts for all the charges (deposit, etc.). On the day of the move, the team arrived on time, they were very polite, and the team leader was very effective. The team leader had good communication skills, he kept me updated throughout the process. The whole experience was very smooth and I had no issues; no damages or misunderstandings. I would definitely recommend this company!

I called Excalibur a day before I needed to move, and they had a spot for me to reserve. They came the next day, while calling me to let me know they were on their way first. They moved my room out very quickly and efficiently. All of my things were stored onto the truck with protective coverings and with care. I'd definitely use them again.

I hired Excalibur movers to move my 2bedroom apt. Their estimate was a bit higher then the other quotes I received from different movers, but I went with them because Their rates included all packing material and they ask all the right questions so they can reach a true estimated hours. The crew was great, came on time , were very efficient with the packing and loading and so does the unloading was in the same way. The total price was just like the estimate and they did not broke or damaged anything. I will hire them again for my next move!!

I recently needed to transport a baby grand piano to my house from DC to Arlington, VA. Even though I paid a little bit more because it was a last minute job and I needed someone quickly; I was amazed at how seamless the delivery was- carefully wrapped, handled by all three men.

I hired Excalibur for this past weekend and I must say, they are TOP NOTCH!! The move took longer than expected, and this crew was very hard working, polite, and friendly!! Moving is stressful enough, and having this amazing team working through the day with us was a huge help. Some companies have hidden fees, but Excalibur was very upfront with all their costs. I hired excalibur movers to move my 3 bedroom home in Columbia md, their rate was a bit higher then some quotes I got but I felt comfortable to book with them because their rate was all packing included. they show up on time on the day of the move and start working right away. very nice and professional crew. they finished the move very quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied from the process. will definitely hire them again and most definitely recommend to friends.

I was very skeptical about using a moving company with all the horror stories out there and the ridiculous prices, but Excalibur Moving and Storage made my first experience a great one! It was very stress free! They were on time, professional, and I didn’t get bombarded with any hidden fees.
