Excalibur Movers did a great job. They worked quickly, wrapped and protected all furniture and valuables with care, and made the move so much easier for us.

Excalibur Movers helped me move my mother out of her condo. They were fantastic in adjusting plans, and getting insurance etc sorted in a short window before the move. They were flexible to do a virtual walk through when my sister could be there, adjusted moving plans with me and understood complexity when managing a move from afar.

Excalibur Movers truly made my move easier! Everyone was so helpful on the phone and in person. Even with the challenges I had with the new apartment requiring use to move large objects through one door and boxes through another, Victor and his team were ready to go and helpful the whole time. Fast, efficient, and nice! Thank you again! I’ll be referring Excalibur movers any time I have friends move.

I was very impressed and extremely pleased by the employees and workers of your company, that worked on my move. Employees like Karla, who helped me schedule the move, but went above and beyond by staying later than her out time on a Sunday, in order to see my furniture, and then giving me her personal cell to video chat so that she could give me a better estimate and order the necessary materials to protect the mirrored furniture that I was moving. The crew that came to our home to move our furniture: Gerardo, Manuel and Jose. I am not impressed easily but these three gentlemen, were incredible. They came on time, worked efficiently, were respectful and moved my furniture with the kind of ease and concern you don't see much anymore these days. Autum from the office was very responsive and easy to work with organizing my move even though my dates were constantly changing. The moving guys were professional, took care to protect my items, and were exceptionally fast. There were no hidden or last minute fees, and payment was quick and easy.

Excalibur was not my lowest quote, but I'm incredibly satisfied with the work they did. It's worth paying a little extra for quality.

A competitor of Excalibur called me up in follow-up on a moving job I had bid on. I had not committed, due to some pending questions about where I was going to move to. The sales rep indicated that their price per hour had gone up while I was waiting to decide, chiding me for having not committed earlier. While I was absolutely prepared to pay the higher rate - markets are markets - the unprofessionalism and insulting tone of this stranger led me to hang up on him and tell him to lose my number.

I went online and found Excalibur. Their representative "Autumn" (I think she spells it that way) called me back quickly and was detailed, extremely professional and respectful. Had to move a large, sensitive machine into a truck, not easy and was very nervous.

Eli and Autum were just A+ to deal with, as were the rest of the team they sent.

They have a can do attitude, that goes a long way.

Very upfront about charges and cost, remember nothing goes to plan. Eli was very straightforward about that if extra stuff had to be done, or material moved not quoted, that is fair enough, and what you could expect.

Job was completed. Their communication is excellent, calling me at 6 pm PST was impressive, very responsive.

This was a great experience! I spoke to Autum in the office and she was very patient. This was my first time hiring movers and I had lots of questions and concerns. This was a move from Maryland to Richmond. The movers showed up on time and they were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I was extremely impressed with how fast they were. They were amazing and I would definitely use this company again. Outstanding work! Thank you!

Fantastic experience!! I highly recommend Excalibur. I recently needed to do a move for my business- I called Excalibur and spoke with Eli. He listened to all my concerns and he was patient with all of my questions. The guys came right on time and were quick and efficient. I was so happy with the move that I called them to do a small job a week later and I received the same great service.

I have used Excalibur Moving company on two different occasions. I have only used them for small moves. A few pieces of furniture each time. Not an entire house or apartment. While they have done a good job each time, I found them to be expensive for the few pieces that I needed to move locally within Washington DC. All that being said, I would probably use them again because I did like the service.

I highly recommend using Excalibur Moving. I have used them twice and they were professional, on time and courteous. I spent quite a bit of time researching different companies and I found the owner to be honest and forthright with his pricing. The contract was spelled out in detail and all of the prices were printed for me to see. The men arrived on time and were very thorough; I have many antiques and they took care to protect them. Like I said, I used them twice and would use them again for my next move without question.

There is a lot to be said about a company that live up to their stellar reviews I had absolutely no complaints and I tipped big and you should too these men are great stand up gentlemen that will to there jobs to a higher standard than most companies...... they come highly recommended from me.
