Absolutely great to work with, best selection of carpet and flooring (that you will actually want to put in your home), and amazing installation. I would highly recommend Ethical Flooring to anyone who is looking to replace their carpet and/or hardwood! Our new carpets are both beautiful and wonderfully installed. We love them. I never though that we could get so excited about carpet! We even had a small hardwood nosing break (right before carpets were to go in), and Ethical flooring made time to measure, cut, and stain a new matching nosing while providing some extra stain to fix some old scrapes on other nosings and transitions (their suggestion). This to me is going above and far beyond what most other flooring stores would have done. Very small jobs often get the cold shoulder, but Ethical Flooring helped us to make everything perfect in our home. We would absolutely work them...

This was our second experience dealing with Ethical Flooring, about 3 years ago we replaced the wall to wall in the principal bedroom and just this past month we had an area carpet made for our living room out of the same 'stain proof' type of carpet by Karasdan that we used in the bedroom ( in a different colour and design.) Both times we were extremely happy with the excellent service we received both in the store, online communication and the install work in the bedroom.

I chose to purchase my vinyl laminate floors through Ethical Flooring largely because it was a family business. I was impressed with their website and the vast array of flooring that they offered for sale. I wasn't disappointed ! Their project manager, Shelby, was very easy to work with and the flooring was installed without any problems in my tiny house. I love the look of my floors and expect to be very happy for many years.

My wife and I visited 5 different flooring stores before visiting Ethical. We found the people at the previous stores to be very unhelpful as we were looking for a specific engineered hardwood solution. Shelby at Ethical was a breath of fresh air. She was quick to identify a solution that was cost effective, competitive and also "Made in Canada". She went the extra mile in answering many questions from me and we were happy to order from Ethical.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the time invested from Bill and the Ethical Flooring team (installers Charlie and Steve) to ensure we had the right flooring installed for our needs and to the constraints of our current flooring. We can’t state enough how thrilled we are with this new flooring. The choice of product, from comfort underfoot to the style and color, is fantastic. We love it and the vast improvement to the house.

As well, we can’t say enough about the dedication of Charlie and Steve in making sure we were pleased with the installation. They were meticulous in layout and alignment of the Armstrong Adura Max vinyl tile on the floor, on the stairs, at all doorway intersections plus at our exterior patio door. We were recommended to visit Ethical Flooring by a family member. Having visited 2 other flooring companies, we ended up purchasing our floors at Ethical Flooring. Not only did they have many choices, but Matt was extremely helpful in explaining the different products/materials and after a few visits and testing different floor sample at our house we finally settled on our new hardwood floor. Purchasing new flooring for our home was overwhelming. However, working Jan at Ethical Flooring made the process clear and stress-free. Jan went above and beyond to work with us on our selection, and was patient with us as we made our final decision. Great product, great service. I was looking for a high quality made in Canada engineered hardwood floor for our condo reno and found a great range of products at Ethical Flooring.

We used Ethical Flooring after looking at a few companies. And I am glad we did. From start to finish, the process was great. Matt the project manager who answered and guided us through the process was fantastic. The installers Dan and Bryan did an amazing job. We had a few hick ups along the way which is common when you take up old flooring, but Matt was very helpful in coming up with options and discussing best plan of action. We did not feel any pressure and the quality of the product and install was well worth it. The products they carry are also more environmentally conscious as they try and source things like would that are sustainably sourced and for the floating vinyl plank, are high quality. Which is what we had, and it was very reasonably priced and competitively prices. I don't often leave reviews, but when you get someone you would highly recommend, it is always nice to...
