This company came highly recommended by my rental management agency, as my condo's carpeting floors had finally reached the end of their life (over 10 years old). They were professional, and provided photos documenting their work & the underlay for strata & insurance documentation. Looks great!

I had the best experience using Ethical flooring in North Vancouver. From the moment I went there until all my flooring was ordered and delivered, Connor was there for me. We had a minor delay in receiving the material which was out of our hands. However throughout the ordeal Connor was there to support me and communicate with me multiple times and kept me informed.
Connor is super kind and always responsive even when was sick or on his day off. I was extremely grateful for his outstanding customer service.

Super happy with our carpet installation with Ethical flooring. Connor was very helpful, attentive and detail-oriented. He worked with us from the beginning, stayed on top of the carpet order and delivery date, and kept us in the loop step by step. The installers did a great job as well, and they were efficient and fast. Not only did we get great service, but we got the low VOC carpets we wanted. Would highly recommend!

We had Ethical install engineered hardwood throughout our house. The service was exceptional. Brendan was very patient with us and followed up every query we had, and very helpful making sure we picked the floor we were most happy with. His communication with us was excellent.

The install was A+! It was a 90 yeah old house with some weird corners and all the awkward stuff that an old house has. They levelled it perfectly and all the edging was done with excellent precision.

Ethical Flooring did an AMAZING job of my flooring... and then my plumber flooded my brand new kitchen because he didn't connect the dishwasher properly. It was so heartbreaking! Thank God, I used Ethical Flooring for the initial install. They did an amazing job removing the damaged flooring and re-doing the job. I cannot tell anything ever happened. Most companies run away once they have your money. I am so grateful that Ethical Flooring helped me restore my flooring even though the damage had nothing to do with them. I can't recommend them enough (especially Matt and Dan, they'll make sure you are happy).

They were very supportive giving me many samples and consultations with endless patience. Their installation crew were on time, professional and efficient. They left everything spotless. Later I had one small problem. Matt came out, looked and had it fixed within 10 days. They were one of my best contractors during the building of my new house.

Ethical Flooring, their staff and contractors were very helpful, easy to deal with and professional. I would highly recommend them for their product range and how easy it was to deal with them. We have dealt with multiple contractors recently and we know things are difficult for them with supply chain issues but trying to contact them or have them come to our home was often very difficult. We used Ethical Flooring to install hardwood floors and carpet on the stairs in our entire house. Matt, Jack and the team were amazing. The coordination, the focus, and the attention to detail were excellent, when we changed our minds or had issues they were fixed immediately, or addressed immediately. They were on par with all the quotes we recieved and just got a great vibe working with Matt. Honestly, it was worth it just for Jack's installation prowess let alone his great attitude! Great experience, I would use them again, even though I hope I dont have to redo any flooring soon considering they just left...

A couple of years ago we had flooring Installed by Jan and his staff at Ethical Flooring. Jan was the first point of contact and was readily available until the conclusion of the job. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Even more impressive was their follow-up on a couple of minor questions that arose long after the job had been done. On both occasions, the response time was within a couple of hours. The second was on a Saturday evening! Both of the items were eventually addressed in a timely manner.
