Warren, the sales representative, came to our home to discuss our carpet replacement project and to measure the room. He was very knowledgeable, suggested several options and invited us to view the extensive carpet and floor covering selection in their Dollarton Highway showroom.
With so many samples, it was a bit overwhelming, but Warren helped us to narrow down what exactly we needed functionally, and which product would be best suited for our needs and budget.

They had the best price in Canada and US but the product quality is not perfect but does look amazing

Brendan, thank you for helping my renovation project. I love new flooring! The strata by law is restricted for underlay. Brendan prepared material data sheet immediately to submit the application to the strata. After receiving the strata approval, ordering, delivery, and installation went smoothly within three weeks.
