Although this was a small carpeting job....stairs at a bi-level entrance, I felt that I was treated with interest and respect. Bill set me straight on the best carpet lines for the job and managed to get me carpet samples from the manufacturer...in Georgia USA... in just two days. He also assured me that at that late date...end of November....he could order in and have the carpet installed before Christmas. This he totally accomplished. I have used Ethical Flooring before and will continue in the future as well as not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Very knowledgable and professional staff. Installer was super. Only issue was that because of the way the carpet was installed there was a greater amount than normal of left over carpet for which the company adjusted the final payment.

Love my new floor! Matt worked with me to find an option that matched existing floors on the lower level so I would have a consistent look up the stairs and throughout the second level. The installation team was professional and did an excellent job in preparing the subfloor and putting down the new flooring. Would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, Nader took out all the stress of having carpets replaced and matched with the original. The price was very reasonable, the carpet layers very experienced, all done in a reasonable time period. Very professional, caring flooring company. The name says it all.

Ethical flooring completely transformed the space in my new condo. Clear communication for the project with the cost kept within the original quote plus floor prep approximation. They stuck to the time frame given which was important as the move in day was just one day after. The end result looks and feels great.

I'm very happy to have found Ethical Flooring. We had them install vinyl flooring through most of our house, plus some carpet as well. They are super professional: polite, on-time, clean, and the work is carefully done, including leveling the floors where necessary. Our project manager, Matt, spent a significant amount of time explaining the various options to us. I get the impression that their materials are responsibly sourced, which was important to us (though this is hard to confirm independently). The actual work was performed by Jack (vinyl), Mohammed (carpet) plus one additional guy for the carpet whose name I've unfortunately forgotten. All were very pleasant to work with, and as I mentioned above, super professional. Very happy with the overall experience.

As a contractor there is nothing I hate more when dealing with suppliers then having the feeling that I'm more knowledgable about their products then their sales team, i'v never had that problem at Ethical Flooring and in fact have been educated a few times by their installations manager Daniel, its great when you know your getting quality advice from on staff Red Seal Installers.

I was very happy with the service, product, and installation from Ethical Flooring. Our project manager, Nader, was outstanding. He made sure that all stages of the process were taken care of and met our satisfaction. The installers were amazing and made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this company for carpet choice and installation. We are very happy with the final product.

Rarely leave reviews but wanted to mention how above and beyond Maryah went for a small request of flooring. Even for a small job (sub-500 sqft), Maryah treated me like I was doing a full commercial project. She was extremely efficient, followed up regularly with updates, and communication was amazing. Truly a 5-star experience with Maryah and Ethical Flooring.

We just replaced the carpet in our condo with laminate flooring after many of our neighbours' recommendations. Brendan was very responsive whenever we had any concerns or questions, and we were extremely impressed with the finished product.

A few units in our building ran into serious flooding problems when their contractors were putting the baseboards back on after flooring was done, due to pipes being in the wrong places, but Brendan and Felix were confident in their work and things went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get new flooring! We love our new floors so much, thanks again!

I hired Ethical Flooring twice, once in 2018 and now in 2023. Both times they were incredibly professional. I find them to be reliable, polite and very efficient. There are so many incompetent people out there… these guys are GOOD. Dan fixed my stairs and it looks great as you can see in the photo. I made the mistake of not hiring Ethical Flooring for my reno in my new house and hired a general contractor instead. Bad, bad mistake. Save yourself money and headache and go with a good renowned company. I highly recommend Ethical Flooring to anyone.

Bill was our project manager. He was very friendly and professional and he and his team provided exceptional service. His quote was bang on and the timing of the sub floor prep and installation was as discussed. Ethical Flooring is aptly named...there was an issue with the quality of the floors that were originally delivered from the manufacturer. Bill's experience and his keen eye saw that there was a defect in the product and he sent it back. He quickly chose a different product from a different manufacturer, similar to what we had originally ordered, and it turns out that we love the new product even more! Our new floors are spectacular. We highly recommend Ethical Flooring. Thank you Ethical Flooring!

Nadar was our sales consultant and it is because of his professionalism and the quality of the carpet I chose Ethical Flooring Ltd. He was not pushy and did not try to upsell (or downsell). He was prompt and efficient and knows carpets.

Moreover, the installers were equally professional and expert.
