These guys were so professional. We hate the process of looking for carpet, etc. but Steve took care of all of that for us, dropping off samples, etc. He also oversaw the entire process. The installers were professional, polite and very good at their jobs. Everything was done on time. Steve checked in throughout and at the end. I highly recommend Ethical Flooring - we love our new carpet (we have two cats so Steve also helped us choose a stain resistant option!).

Jan and his installation team were extremely patient while we had major issues with our other contractors! We had to reschedule them four times and they still came, promptly, professionally and with smiles on. Jan is very knowledgeable and responded to all questions with in a day. They redid the floors in our entire unit and it looks spectacular! We went with something a little out of the standard box and they brought it to life. Lots of compliments. I'd share photos if only the rest of the reno was complete!

Ethical Flooring was recommended to me from my interior designer, Janice Beaudoin. Kevin was professional and reliable from the get go. He was honest with us during the planning stage, and provided answers to our questions. An unfortunate event took place after the floor installation (a sizeable leak). Kevin and his staff return promptly to access the situation. Without hesitation, Ethical Flooring repaired all the damages. There is something to be said at this day and age when a company not only stand behind their work, but will return to repair damages they were not responsible for. Thank you Kevin and Simon for your help and expertise!
