I had some tiling done by Ethical Flooring recently. From the first contact with Matt in getting an initial estimate, to the onsite visit with him when he provided some valuable advice before giving a firm quote, to the work scheduling and finally having tiling done on the dates I selected, everything went smoothly. Tiling brothers Dan and Brian were pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, skillful and professional. The floors were well done and are a beauty to behold. I would definitely go back to Ethical should future work be required, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing flooring and tiling done.

We were closely attended to by Bill. When there was a problem with the product (production issue, not ethical's fault), Kevin worked swiftly to find a replacement product and have it delivered in minimal time.

Matt was fantastic. Knew his products and when we asked, made great recommendations (direction and pattern). There was a lot of attention to detail in the prep stages and the install went without a hitch. Every employee we crossed paths with (Matt, Jan, Mackenzie) was professional on every level.

Everyone wants a great floor the 1st time but I appreciated Ethical Flooring even more when there was a problem even though we figured it was manufacturer recommended underlay at fault. Kevin and Tanya discussed the situation with me at length, and at significant bother, arranged an adjustment. Kevin, who handled it personally, offered me information, updates and made arrangements to suit my schedule. He was unfailingly gracious in a difficult situation. You can imagine how much easier this made the experience for me. I would and will readily recommend Ethical Flooring to anyone looking for great flooring service and a business with integrity.

Matt responded to my query in less than a day. When he did, he had all the information I had asked for and also provided all the necessary information for the next steps. He was efficient, informative, and professional. The whole process was simple and stress-free, and the flooring looks great!
