I contacted 3 companies, 1 a small local company and 2 of them nation-wide chains, about tackling the cleaning and disinfecting of the basement in the home I recently purchased. The previous owners apparently allowed their multiple cats to use the basement as a giant litter box. Feces and urine was everywhere, floors and walls, eating into the concrete. The first company took one look at my basement and simply said they could not do the job. The 2 national chains both sent people out to look at and measure the space for an estimate and then never returned my phone calls. Then I found Francisco! More than just competent and professional, Francisco really cares about and takes pride in the work he does. He did a fantastic job in my basement and guaranteed his work.
