This place was awesome to do business with. All 3 people i dealt with were friendly, informative and helpful both on the phone and in person were just as good. They were great with recommendations and super fast service. Also they were one of the few places around town that would engrave a full liquor bottle.

They do awesome work! I've been there several times and they always do a great job! No matter if it's a bottle of perfume/cologne, a special bottle of liquor, picture frames, wood, etc, they do quality stuff!

My wife's business is Artistic Framing, it is an art framing company has been in business since 1978. We have had a local engraver do our plates for many years he passed away, we needed another engraver we found The Engraving Connection. I just picked up my order and found that one of the items was double printed. I questioned the work and asked if it could be fixed and their answer was that I should buy another Stanley mug and they'll engrave it for free. I am giving these mugs to my friends tonight and then I'll be out another $45.00 with an extra mug I can't use. Was not offered a refund for the incorrect engraving. Very disappointed as I was very excited to give these gifts to my friends.

I had my watch engraved (glass engraving with silver), and it turned out great! They had a lot of fonts to choose from with some examples so I knew what to expect. Mine was a next-day turnaround, but I'm not sure how common that is. Either way, I got a call when it was done. Small engraving costed me just $30. I'll definitely be back when I need an engraving!

Pricing and turnaround are the best around, but most importantly the workmanship is top quality. This shop has earned my repeat business! (They were also very generous with information and suggestions before I even spent a dollar with them!)

I had a simple, three line brass plate that I needed for a project. After trying to navigate another companies online app I got frustrated and searched again. Engraving Connection was simple to use and immediately started working on my job. I called and when I spoke with a AIi, she gave me some additional options and I left the creativity to her and said just make it look great. Well, she added the Chris-Craft logo which I thought about doing but didn’t talk about and the result was amazing. I wish you all the best I’m very satisfied. Less than a week to turn around this request. Well worth the money.

CLEAN! Beautiful work 🤩 sent a picture of some handwriting and they were able to put it on a necklace piece for me, it came out perfect.

Engraving Connection has helped me and my family with various projects my whole life, from my "Baby's First Christmas" ornament to trophy plates for my mom's piano students and to heartwarming personalized gifts. We've done so much with them that it's hard to pick just one. My most recent project I had done was a cutting board repurposed into a wall hanging featuring my grandfather's handwriting from his letters to my mom. The work done was beautiful and completed in a timely manner. On top of that, the staff is well informed and well mannered. I'll definitely be back!

Needed a plaque for a canoe I built. I ordered on a Monday and received by Friday. Price was very reasonable, they were quick, and product is quality.

I appreciate how quickly this business was able to complete my request. I went in requesting for them to engrave my stethoscope. Although it wasn’t a really big ask, I still appreciate the fact that the turn around time was swift. Less than 24 hours it was ready and the price was fairly reasonable.

I've gone to them twice to engrave champagne flutes and a bottle of whiskey, both times I was extremely happy with the results. Price was $35 for the whiskey bottle which had 5 words and a date, no idea of that's a good price or not, but the result was great. Ample parking and friendly staff
