We've been renting a property managed by Emerald Creek for about a year and a half, and the support they've provided has been top notch. We've had our fair share of challenges with the aging equipment in the house including a number of situations that required significant investment and approval from the owner, and they've made sure we've been taken care of and had a good experience. They also partner with friendly and knowledgeable contractors that do quality work and continue to look for innovative ways leveraging technology to improve the resident experience.
