SO EASY IT IS *LIGHTBULB* BRILLIANT! My family found Elk's through a referral. Website form was easy and straightforward and we had a quote in less than 24 hours. Before I had a chance to move ahead, I had a text from Josh asking if I had any questions. He quickly helped me decide on color and style and I was ready to go. After putting through the transaction, we scheduled setup and in less than a few days, lights were up!

To add to the awesome customer service/experience, we had a rabbit nibble through the power cord - texted late at night and Josh/team replaced it the next morning!

After not having the house decorated with lights for a few year, I decided to have that done again this year. When I went back to the company I used to have come out, their prices had basically doubled (over 5 or 6 years). Elk had sent out a flyer so I called them to get a comparison. They responded quickly and gave me a much friendlier quote.
They gave me a date when they would come out. It had to be rescheduled to a later date due to rain but they texted me ahead of time so I was aware of what was going on. They did a fine job with the lights, they look very nice.
The entire experience was hassle free and easy. I’d definitely use them again.

First ever time putting lights on our house. Josh was super responsive, very reasonable pricing and came out to get the job done within just a few days. Thrilled with the results and can’t wait to see them at night!
