Our trainer Robert is awesome! My daughter enjoys going to workout “without complaining”. He is flexible with scheduling and accounts for other activities during the week when planning her sessions. he is big about not injuring the athlete and makes sure she is doing her exercise correctly and if not he demonstrates for her until she understands what is expected. The facility is very clean and the management team is very professional. Christian Lewis my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions together. He takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored just for me. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! I started training with Christian at the beginning of 2021. I had never considered a personal trainer, because I have trained on my own before, but i needed some accountability to help me get back in to working out. I have trained at elite with Rick Tipton for the past 2 years and have had a great experience. He always has well planned trainings. We continued training during the covid-19. Our trainer Rick followed the CDC procedures. He wore a mask, cleaned equipment. We filled out health forms each time and took temperature.
