Working with Christian has been awesome for me! Super knowledgeable trainer with a great attitude. I really appreciate how all the trainers at this location interact with clients. Really great environment to be working on my best version in! Do it. You won’t regret it.

My trainer Courtney has done a great job toning me up. She has had a good variety of workouts for me and she gives me homework to do in between sessions. I feel she is very knowledgeable and I have really enjoyed working out with her!

For the past month I have been doing kettlebell training with Laura and it has drastically improved my fitness as an elite cyclist! I recently decided something needed to change in my training, and finding Elite Training has been just what I needed. I took 1 month completely off my bike, while strictly doing kettlebell training, and my fitness on my bike has actually improved, just by training with Laura! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their extra edge as well.

I have been training at Elite Training since May 2018. I have really appreciated the flexibility of my trainer Nathan. I travel a lot with work and I don’t always get to train my 3 days during the week. When I do get to train the workouts are worth every penny. I never walk out of the gym feeling like I didn’t accomplish something. Also, the other staff members that I have met with have been great!

Laura Dill is GREAT! She pushed me to be the better person I can be. I when in needing a knee replacement and limping to walk in and after 3 months I feel so much better!!! I am working on more and more every time I go there....I Feel Great! I believe Laura Dill is “commission” me to be better and even moving me on to do even more things I could never imagine myself doing! You are the GREATEST thing that has ever happened to me! Laura is GREAT!!!! I am needing a knee replacement but since going to her for her expertise it is wonderful what I have been doing!!! I look forward to working with Laura for as long as I have to and even expecting Laura to “commission” me to work on other things. I want to lose weight and continue to build my body!!! Huge thanks to Whitney for being my amazing nutrition coach/police/drill sergeant!!! In the best way possible he kept me on track and I was able to not only lose 15lbs while preparing for a Powerlifting meet, I got stronger, set new State Records and feel amazing!!!

Great, friendly environment, clean facility, and I couldn’t be happier with my trainer, Nathan. He keeps me motivated and pushing through the workout... Even on the days I don’t feel like being there, he is always positive! Management is great and always checking in to ensure satisfaction. I’ve not always had positive experiences with fitness or training facilities, people and business wise, but Elite is the exception. I am so glad I found them!

Great facility!! Amazing people! I have chronic back problems but they took the time to see where we could improve my mobility and strengthen me the right way. After a recent ankle break, Jason tailored my workout to accommodate my needs. Further, he helped in my rehabilitation. He is extremely encouraging of my fitness goals. The gym itself provides everything I need to continue on my fitness journey.

Jason listens to your fitness goals and creates a workout tailored to those goals. He is personable, energetic, promt, and motivating. We thoroughly enjoy him as a personal trainer. The gym itself is always clean and provides access to a variety of equipment. We will continue to train there.

In my 25 years of going to gyms and using trainers I have never been to a better cleaner facility having the best trainers I have ever worked with.

I’ve trained with Laura for many years. She is a great coach, and a great motivator. She takes a personal interest in our well being. Laura has taken the time to really work with me on my knee problem, helping ease the pain and modifying workouts as needed. I would highly recommend Laura for all your health goals.
