Elder Independence is an incredible company I
came to know them because we hired them to do respite care for my dad who has dementia they were so patient and worked with us to find the right side for my daddy and then we transferred to attendant care and his nurses were amazing kind and patient with him no matter how difficult he became due to his dementia I truly appreciated them so much I now work for them as a second job and all of the caregivers I have met are true angels they are kind compassionate patient loving people who truly care for their clients and treat them like family and Mrs Kim the owner and her staff Ginni, Tonda, Feather and Michelle are truly some of the most loving humble honest caring people I've ever worked for and with. Daily they make not only the clients but employees feel valued, appreciated, loved, respected and needed. My dad and I have truly found a forever family with them. I highly recommend Elder not only because I know first hand from working their the level of time and love the pour into each employee but I have seen first hand with my dad the level of love, time and care they give each client. They go so far beyond what is required to make sure everyone they come in contact feels heard and safe
