Elder Independence Home care

Elder Independence cared for my elderly (late80's) parents -- my mother has advanced dementia -- for approximately 3 years and did an excellent job. They were loving and attentive toward my parents and provided good advice to me and my brothers.

Elder Independence are so polite, kind, and professional. They were a joy to come take care of me. They ladies were very polite. They set with me after my knee surgery. I witnessed Elder Independence quick response time to a situation where the family was in need of a caregiver that day. I sent the information to Elders office and within 2 hours the family and patient had an Intake and Staff coming to sit with their loved one. and not just a caregiver, the family said that she was a caring individual and that is a 5 star recommendation!

I had a delightful experience with Michelle Quince during the time she cared for my wife Betty Spencer who unfortunately died on Dec 6, 2021. My husband had a stroke secondary to Covid. Upon discharge from rehab he required continued supervision and assistance at home. We were not excited about having caregivers in our home but knew that was our only choice. Tonda with Elder Independence visited us and got a feel for our situation and challenges. From the very beginning she assigned us the best caregivers to compliment my husbands personality, expectations and needs. The caregivers arrive on time, respect our home, and have allowed me to run our business and not worry about my husband’s safety and care. Maranda is conscientious and caring. Just what you want in a caregiver. She is also capable of remaining cool, calm, and collected under difficult circumstances. I was most impressed with her on her very first visit when she jumped right in and helped in every way as necessary under stressful conditions. I know she will be successful in all she does. You are indeed lucky if you choose Maranda to be your caregiver.

Maranda helps me Tuesday through Friday morning and night and I couldn't be happier she does everything I ask and does it quickly and professionally she gets 5 stars
