Very little contact with elder. They have provided my mother with the best caregiver in the world and so far she is all we have needed. We have not requested additional care hours but I'm sure we will. Just have no idea when.

Elder Independence Home care has been there for my family for over 10 years. First for my Dad, then for my Mom and Dad, and now for my Mom. Elder Independence Home care has been an anchor and an angel throughout this chapter in my life helping me care for my parents as I watch them face all the challenges of aging. They have the found perfect caregivers throughout this journey who provided the most wonderful care of my parents, even when my Dad’s dementia got challenging towards the end of his life. Since my Dad’s passing, my Mom now requires special care since her stroke and they are there for her. She is doing better than we expected due to the 24 hour care by amazing caregivers in the beautiful Elder Independence Care Home. My experience as a whole has been good. As with any company there is good and bad. But I do have a few great caregivers….. being a caregiver is a very hard job and I think they are underpaid.

Karen was the absolute best part of my experience! She is kind, caring, and will do ANYTHING for her clients! I can’t say enough great things about her!

The staff at Elder are simply the best of the best!!! Elders are their passion and they constantly strive to provide exceptional care.

My mother has been in the care home for over a year. Overall she’s been thriving, thanks to some Amazing care givers and management.

Mom came to Chenal Pines in Oct 24. Shortly after Elder Independance started providing services for her. Mom just loved Margaret Lewis. I don't know the names of the other team members that came in too. She also loved Karen Hughes when she stopped by. I met Karen one time and I could tell by her compassion and the care she showed mom that she was a caring person too. Our care by Elder Independance was excellent and have no complaints. I loved working with Elder Independence. They were amazingly supportive during the illness, rehab and eventual passing of my mom. They had so many resources and the best health care people available. They took care of scheduling, medications and all the stressful things I could not deal with during this time. They even visited mom at the Hospice home the day before she passed. The ladies are now my friends. Let them help your family.

Eldercare Independence was simply fantastic caring for my dad! I could not ask for a better home. All the staff cared and loved my dad as if he was a member of their family.
