The most fun I’ve had on the lake! I got a lesson and was up on my feet “flying” in no time. The experience is unlike wakeboarding or surfing; it’s truly unique. Howard and Coleman were very fantastic teachers and gave constructive feedback. I am going to tell all of my friends about this experience!

Easily one of the coolest things I've done. Howard was extremely thorough and patient in his instruction and within twenty to thirty minutes I was up and surfing.

Words alone cannot encapsulate the experience. This is unlike any board-sport I've tried and can be grasped with near-minimal effort. Once you're able to get up and out of the water, it can only be described as hovering - riding through downtown via the river also gives you an entirely different perspective of this awesome city.

A definite must this summer.

This is a great experience for anyone looking for something new and exciting to do in Austin. I had my lessons with Howard and he was so patient with me. The entire e-foil team is super helpful and supportive in the water. Once you get up and going, it's definitely a new level of "high." I highly recommend this experience to anyone in Austin. It's a head-turner on the lake for sure and you'll be dreaming about the next time you get to go! PLUS - I love that they are out on the water with you and recording footage so that you can share for cool points on social media.

I couldn’t recommend this experience enough. I tried eFoiling for the first time in Puerto Rico on the ocean and dreamt about it for DAYS. Once I saw eFoil Austin come to town, I leaped at the chance to do it again! Howard, my trainer, was phenomenal. He was extremely thorough and articulate with his instructions and had me controlling the board with ease after a much shorter time than anticipated. My girlfriend also picked it up quickly with his instructions. Each of us felt safe with built-in walkie-talkie helmets and quality life jackets. Absolute most memorable way to experience Ladybird Lake. Whether solo, or with a group. Plain & simple - it was incredible. And we can’t wait to give it another flight. Thanks eFoil Austin!

What an amazing time! Learning to fly on a surfboard has been one of the most incredible experiences I have had to date. eFoiling on Town Lake is a perfect place to learn with, awesome instructors (Howard), calm water, plenty of space, and amazing scenery. It's safe to say I'm addicted and will be purchasing a board in the future. Guaranteed you'll love the experience!

Howard made it super easy to learn how to get up and start flying ontop of the water quickly, despite my self doubt that it would take me a couple of lessons to figure it out. Once I was up flying ontop of the water it was the most surreal experience I have ever had on any water craft, so much so that I bought a board from them and am out riding every chance I get! I have a feeling Efoil boards are going to be all over the lakes very soon.

I love water sports but most importantly I love something that's easy to do and provides a great thrill. Howard helped us learn in a matter of minutes. Being able to talk to him via the two-way hands free radios made it super easy to get directions even when we were way out there.

These guys are great - they've flexible with location, handle a variety of rider skills (and ages), and have some really great equipment that makes getting up and using these unique boards a breeze... We had a great time with them. Lots of people wanted to know what we were riding.

What an unique experience! There is a learning curve but not too difficult to pick up. Once we got the hang of it it was thrilling to feel like we were flying across the water!Definitely going to book again!

What a fun experience! I must admit, I’m a bit risk averse so I was a little nervous before starting my lesson. Within minutes, Howard’s easy and concise instructions put my mind at ease and I was able to relax and really enjoy myself! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I have been on the lake with efoils twice now. And each time it gets easier and more fun! Howard is an amazing instructor. Super patient and talks to you the entire time helping you get the perfect stance. Once you get up on the board it’s smooth sailing from there!
I would highly recommend efoils for anyone interested in getting out on the lake and trying something new and fun!

Learning to ride the eFoil was one of the most unique and breathtaking experiences I've had. Howard is an excellent trainer and an even better guy, so you will be in good hands. The feeling of flying on the foil is unlike anything I have felt. I definitely recommend trying out eFoil Austin.

From the first time I saw eFoiling at a distance, my jaw hit the floor. After finally giving it a shot w/ eFoil Austin, I can’t get enough of it! Unlike any sensation I’ve ever felt. My trainer Howard took me out to Ladybird Lake close to sunset. After a thorough ground tutorial, we got out on the water and his coaching had me flying towards the skyline and S. Congress bridge in a much shorter time than I had anticipated. The provided helmets w/ built-in walkie talkies made receiving guidance a breeze. On top of feeling very safe. I can’t suggest this experience enough. Thank you eFoil Austin!

This is such a fun experience! I am HOOKED! The instructor was incredible! He was patient, encouraging, and very good at explaining step by step to getting anyone up flying! Having tools for communication was a huge plus, and safety was a #1 priority. As a complete novice, I was up and going very quickly! My whole family loved this experience!
