Eat Right had awesome meal choices that were typically very tasty! There were many options to choose from each week.
However, the biggest downfall I found was that most meals were between 400-500 calories and most of the time had 16-20g of fat.
As convenient as it may be, my personal macros sometimes only allow me to have 25g of fat in a day and I couldn’t allow an entire meal to take that up.
Some times I wasn’t even sure where the fat was coming from in the meals .
Maybe something to offer especially for females with lower caloric/macros to intake on daily basis.
