I had a sore throat for 2 straight months every morning I woke up. I didn't have any other symptoms so I suspected it was my duct work needing cleaned. Katie and her team were very responsive in contacting us to get a time set up, fit us into the schedule in a reasonable amount of time and I felt the price was fair and competitive for the amount of work they did. I was impressed with their thoroughness and was happy they walked the house with me and found everywhere that they'd be cleaning while explaining to me what they'd be doing. They not only cleaned my duct work, they also sanitized it as well and cleaned out my dryer vent line. I'm happy to report that since the cleaning, I have had no more morning sore throats!!!
