They were so quick to respond to my request for service and very thorough leading up to arriving, with a service agreement and clear communications. Unfortunately they found that my dryer vents were disconnected part way through cleaning, but they gave me next steps for repairs and a contractor contact. They also didn’t charge me anywhere near the full amount even though they were at my home for a long time trying to work around the broken vent. Very gracious, professional couple. Highly recommend!

My dryer vent was impossible to get to but they told me as much and even gave me a discount which was totally unexpected. I love that they clean the grates with an antibacterial solution and not just water especially now! I never thought of vents as something that needed to be serviced but I am definitely a believer now.

Wow they are extremely professional. They use amazing technology to clean the Ducts in my home. This greatly reduced the Dustin way home.
