Eastern Title and Settlement

Rarely does home buying and selling go smoothly, if ever.
There’s usually a glitch, a contingency that wasn’t in the contingencies, a problem w the inspection or financing, someone gets cold feet or wants more or wants it yesterday or, or, or!!! The list goes on and on. But when you have a village of people working together with one goal in mind, customer satisfaction; that means whatever it takes to ensure the client is satisfied. Not appeased, not alright with the outcome but 100% satisfied.
Eastern Title & Settlement IS that village of people. So much so that even when we were all set to close, and everyone at Eastern Title & Settlement, especially our closer, The one and only Stampman himself, Jay Dixson, went above and beyond to satisfy us, we personally ran into a hiccup! That’s when the owner stepped in, not to step on his teams feet but to add to the amazing work all of them had already put in. We just needed one ingredient. Josh Greene was the only one who had it. We closed the next day. On time, on schedule and of course , Eastern Title and Settlement came to where it was convenient for us. They close anywhere anytime
