Usually you have 2 choices with home inspectors. You get either a very in depth cold honest engineer with little to no people skills but a flawless inspection, or you get a nice inspector who is an absolute pleasure but can't even see the hands in front of their face. Let me tell you folks... Jim is the best of both worlds with none of the faults. Jim makes you feel like you have been friends for years walking you through your home. Giving advice straight from the book but twisting the cold hard truth into a wonderful experience full of advice, tutorial, and if needed the dumbed down version. I will never recommend anyone other than Jim. The booklet he gives you at the end is a great touch and really makes you feel like an important customer.
