Scheduling our home inspection was a quick and easy process. We received pertinent information on the process and what to expect during our inspection. Upon arrival, Jim was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. We appreciated his willingness to explain to us what he was looking for and he also helped us to understand how to use certain features of our home (i.e. fireplace) and how to inspect the furnace for potential issues.
