Jim Wurtenberg is a consummate professional! Not only did he inspect a townhouse I am in the process of buying, but he provided me with information verbally and in a large binder complete with tabs. Besides the inspection, he will provide me with information on any recalls of the appliances in the home. I find him friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. When I had a question about a particular object, he explained what it was for and what problem there was with it. He is thorough, and will take the time to explain something to a person in an meaningful way. This is my second time using Jim's services. That speaks to my high regard for his work!
