Jim's great. We have used his services TWICE now because we were impressed by his honesty, integrity, and thoroughness. We gave him a particularly difficult house to inspect, and he was still right on top of everything. We highly recommend adding on the thermal imaging service, as it is very informative. I think he's slightly more expensive than we have paid (in another state) for inspections before, but HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Took time went through every inch of the house and told us what they were looking for and how different aspect of the house works like the bowler and maintenance that would need need to be done regularly. It took 2 hours but that time was well spent I feel like I know our new house now like I have lived their for year. The best part is they give you a binder at the end with all the info you need about the house, Including a certificate for your kids that say the house has been inspected and there is no monsters or ghost. Thank you Jim for all your help.
