I liked Brian from the first day I met him,a great guy! We listed our home through Eagle Rise after we had met with Brian he came up with comps and a fair market value. We wanted to list for more he went over the pros and cons, but in the end was super helpful coming up with a strategy and a fair price. We listed on a Friday he was there Saturday to have open house all day lots of activity. We got 2 offers in the first 3 days. Brain went over the 2 offers and helped us understand the difference between the two. We as can happen had a small glitch in the closing Brian came over to help late one night to help us come up with a solution to keep our deal rolling along.
It closed and Brian came over on the day we had to move with a great big moving van and spent the next 5 hours moving with us. We had a great time laughing telling stories and getting to know him even better. Brian made everything so easy and when we needed him for anything,questions, problems,or even moving he was always there for us! I will use him again when we search for our next property and also highly recommend him and Eagle Rise!!!
