If I ever need to sell another home, there is no other group company I will take my business to. You could not ask for a more friendly and professional group of people to work with, but Matt was the guy. I told him that I was needing to sell my house fast because I needed the money and he accepted my asking price and got my house sold quicker than I thought possible. It was quick and hassle free. If I ever sell a home again, I will not work with anybody else.

In June of 2020 we rented a place in Munster, IN and one of the biggest reasons for signing on was the original owners. When we went to check the place out, they personally walked us through and sat with us after - just to get to know each other. We felt super comfortable with them so it made the decision to sign a no brainer.

When Jake and his wife at Dynasty purchased the building a few months later, we were naturally worried about new ownership, especially considering we had nearly 18 months left on a 2 year lease. Luckily, they were beyond fantastic and truly made it a great experience:
-didn’t try and terminate our lease early
-didn’t give us any trouble about the security deposit
-hot water heater went bad that winter, replaced in a day
-dishwasher started leaking, replaced the seal and when that didn’t hold replaced the machine
