Never a bad experience at Dynamic Apperance, I have shopped there many times and will always be my first choice first lighting for all my hid needs, thanks Dynamic Apperance all the guys are customer service oriented and knowledgeable

I came by last weekend because my tint was bubbling on the back window (4 year old tint) and asked if I could have it replaced under warranty, they said yes and to bring in my paperwork and that they would redo the entire car with their new better brand tint for free since they no longer carried my brand as it had too many issues with bubbling.
The day before my appointment I could not find my warranty info and let them know that I would just pay for it but they went back 4 years to find my info and honored it without my paperwork!
It may seem small but they did not have to do that and it shows they care about their customers.

Gentlemen behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the LED lights I was interested in for my truck. He offered to let me install one of them to see how I liked them and I decided to purchase. So far the LED’s work great. I’m happy

Been coming here since 2012 its THE spot to get a good priced hid kit even back it with a 1 year warranty

Needed a new light bulb, wasn’t sure if it was the bulb or ballist , he tested the bulb and found out needed a new one. Picked up new bulbs and a kit for another car. Quick and fast service, helpful, we be back. Good looking out

I had a great experience, my tech specialist was very informative, and extremely helpful, I walked out with a fantastically priced product and a happy customers praise on the powerful light output on the HID kit I purchased. Great customer service and quality equipment.

Service was great, Shane did a good job explaining and giving me a great price on ceramic tint. The installer was great too. I will be back really soon to get some Led and HId kits from them. I’m a repeat customer. Thanks for the top notch service.

Best place in ATL.

Great customer service! They explained the variety of tint levels and packages, gave detailed instructions once vehicle was finished, and also followed up with a text the next day. I really appreciated the sticker on my window buttons because I almost let my window down!!!

Update: Took a 2nd vehicle last weekend. Outstanding customer service and work!

Dynamic Appearance is a great source to get all your accessories including lighting ( HID'S and LED bulbs and kits ). Shane and Justin are an awesome team to do business as well as everyone else that's in service to make the overall experience great . I've been going to them since they first started at the other location and have seen it grow into such a great company . I wish you all the success for this company , keep doing what you guys are doing . Great service , great products , and great people ! These three key items is what makes me keep coming back .

Awesome place to do business

I recently had my second car tinted at Dynamic Appearance, and they delivered again. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the team was thorough explaining the pros and cons of each film. Once they took my car back it took exactly the amount of time they estimated. The materials and fit/finish are top notch. Additionally the prices are very reasonable in my opinion.

The car I had tinted almost a year ago has held up well, with no bubbling, fade, or issues with the film. I expect nothing less from the current car

I would highly recommend if you are in need of a tint job, and will bring all my future cars as long as I am in Atlanta.

I’ve been going to these guys for years. Never have I had any issues with them or there products. Very friendly and they know there stuff. Go check them out.

The guy was very helpful I can't remember he's name but I was but buying fog lights for my S5 and ending up but HIDs for the headlight as well.
