My realtor, Gail Venegas was a jewel. She was professional , detail oriented, and efficient as I would expect/hope a realtor would be. But our situation was unusual. My mother was selling her house in Georgia from California. After meeting with Gail once, all the rest of the work was done via email, text and phone. This was even more challenging since my mother was managing some cognitive challenges and was difficult at times. Gail handled it all with grace and confidence, offering patience and compassion to me and to my mom. Once the offer was made and work needed to be done, Gail offered sound advice and arranged for payment to be made from CA. I had considered moving several years ago. Gail was my realtor. She showed me multiple homes until I found the one for me. Unfortunately, life got in the way and I never closed on a home. Fast forward three years later and I am ready to look again. I called Gail and she was just as happy to work with me as she had been previously. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was great to communicate any questions or concerns I had for the seller. We closed on my home this week.
