2021:
Mothers Day was not the best day for our house this year as we were once again struck by a wet basement. Luckily, I knew just who to call. On Mother's Day, in the late afternoon, Greg was answering his phone. That is the kind of service you are going to get with Greg and Dry Patrol!!!! It really is tremendous!!! Greg came right down the next day to assess the situation and begin remediating it. He is the utmost professional and completely thorough in everything that he does. Greg was able to take care of the problem and get my family back to normal as fast as possible.

I called Dry Patrol of Akron, as I'm all about supporting local business, and Greg answered the phone right away. Right off the bat he was extremely professional and friendly. I told him I was seeing a small area of mold in my attic. Greg gave me great advise on how I could take care of the situation myself. He even recommended a roofer, as sometimes roof ventilation is the simple fix. Greg could have easily just told me he doesn't do that work and hung up. I appreciate him staying on the phone with me. I called in about our house needing mold removal. I was politely informed that my needs were not what Dry Patrol does but the gentlemen on the phone went above and beyond to give me two referrals after letting me explain my issues to him. Greg came out to assess some water damage after we had experienced a water leak. After calling, He was able to come out the next day and did a thorough inspection for mold. He explained everything that he was doing each step of the way and why he was doing it. He was sure to answer any questions we had and gave us peace of mind.
