Dr. paints crew painted my residence at the end of June. They did a fairly decent job. There are some spots/places that weren’t completely covered. A brand new window screen had a smear of paint and when they put the bronze colored downspouts back up they were not reinstalled correctly. In addition, the downspouts were scratched. There were also several spots on the trim and back doors that were not covered/missed. There was suppose to be some paint left for touch ups for the house body. There was trim paint left, but none for the body of the house. All the house body color had been used when the painters left. I hired Dr. Paint to paint my house based on a co-workers recommendation. I met with Omar and Patricia who were very friendly. I had signed the contract which stated the house would get pressure washed, sealed and then two coats on the house, trim and front door. A day after signing the contract I dropped the deposit off to their office clerk Tracey. The job was then scheduled for a few weeks out which was fine. Tracey was very good about communicating all the info in the beginning of the project. Once the project was completed I dropped the rest of the payment off to Tracey. I had a few questions for her, based on our discussion it prompted me to take a look at our security cameras. Upon reviewing the footage I noticed they only did one coat on the house and trim.
