We have 4 dogs and our carpet takes a beating. By far, this was THE best our carpet has looked and felt in may cleanings.
We look forward to having them back!

Downey's Specialty Cleaning Replied: Thank you, Erin. Your kind words made my day! I will pass your feedback along to Kevin, my son, who did the cleaning.

John and his son cleaned my sectional, two chairs and an area rug. The furniture and rug had gone through construction and two animals. When they were done it looked awesome. They were professional and cared. I would highly recommend them.

Had the carpets done after skipping last year, covid-19 and all...
Wouldn't know a year was missing! Look excellent, several bad spots are no more. Had a couple of chairs and a love seat done also; excellent service and pricing.

Downey's Carpet Care of Granville is THE provider to use in Licking County. They are speedy, courteous, and do a great job for a fair price. They go the extra mile, including following up with you later to make sure no stains popped back up. Once they even removed a flying squirrel from our office in the middle of cleaning our carpets! I recommend Downey's with confidence that you WILL be a happy customer.

Downey's Specialty Cleaning Replied: Thanks, Wendy.

I've been using Downey's Carpet Care for years. I love how thorough they are and they never seem to be in a rush to get to another job. I especially appreciate how they follow up a few days later to make sure I'm satisfied. When a stubborn stain needs more attention, they return with a smile at no additional cost.

Downey's Specialty Cleaning Replied: Thanks for the kind words, Melissa.
