Downey Carpet Cleaner did an excellent job—professional and reliable! They were very thorough and efficient, and we will definitely use their services again.

We have used Downey's a couple of times for rugs, and they have done a great job each time! And they provide pick-up and delivery! We recently learned they do other specialized cleaning as well. We had them clean the sindows on our very old, two-story home, inside and out. They did a wonderful job! They did use use high-pressure hose on the outside, they truly washed and cleaned them. What a treat to have crystal clear windows!

We have used them a couple of times to clean oriental rugs, and they do a wonderful job! As an added plus, they also provided pick-up and delivery. Recently, we found that they also do other types of specialty cleaning. We had them clean the windows on our very old two-story home, both inside and out. What a great job! On the outside, they did not use a high-pressure wash - they actually washed and wiped them. Crystal-clear windows all over the house!

I would give this business 10 stars if I could because they are that excellent. I got my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and they made it look like a brand new floor and also had my carpet cleaned. Feels so much cleaner. Very friendly and professional and priced perfect.

Have worked with John and his company for close to 20 years. Always on time, efficient, provide a wide array of services. We mostly have some high traffic carpet areas cleaned on a regular basis but have also had Downey clean grout and area rugs. Great results. I'm very happy with my experience! Paul was my tech and he was polite, respectful, and prompt. I had 3 rooms cleaned; one with some pet stains. The stains are gone and the rooms smell fresh. I would recommend Downeys.
