Mr. Downey and his son, Kevin, were outstanding to work with! Not only did I receive a call after booking the service to ensure I was prepared for their visit, they walked through each room upon arrival and completion to let me know what they would and did do in each room. I even have a call scheduled tomorrow to follow up about the service! It was white glove service from start to finish. My carpets look and smell great and I am very happy. They were professional, thorough, and very prepared for dealing with with any situation. I would highly recommended Downey's Carpet Care!

Downey Carpet Cleaner did an excellent job—professional and reliable! They were very thorough and efficient, and we will definitely use their services again.

We have used Downey's a couple of times for rugs, and they have done a great job each time! And they provide pick-up and delivery! We recently learned they do other specialized cleaning as well. We had them clean the sindows on our very old, two-story home, inside and out. They did a wonderful job! They did use use high-pressure hose on the outside, they truly washed and cleaned them. What a treat to have crystal clear windows!

We have used them a couple of times to clean oriental rugs, and they do a wonderful job! As an added plus, they also provided pick-up and delivery. Recently, we found that they also do other types of specialty cleaning. We had them clean the windows on our very old two-story home, both inside and out. What a great job! On the outside, they did not use a high-pressure wash - they actually washed and wiped them. Crystal-clear windows all over the house!
