I have used John and his crew for years. They always do great work. We have an older cat that doesn’t keep her food down very well any longer. They were able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks as nice as the day it was installed.

Downey did an AMAZING job with our carpets. Kevin was on time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. We have two large dogs and a toddler and the carpets were definitely showing it. By the time he was done, the carpets looked SO much better.

He even took the time to point out a particularly tough spot in our living room and told us to keep an eye on it to make sure it had fully cleared once the carpet dried, and to let them know if it persisted.

We got a call a few days later from the owner to check in on how things were and when we mentioned that tough spot which hadn’t completely disappeared, he immediately mentioned they would come back out and go over it again at no charge (and they did so just a couple of days later). It’s now the next day and it’s completely gone!

We’ll absolutely be using Downey again, and I 100% recommend them!
