Called us to let us know they were on their way and what time to expect them. They were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I’ve used Dose 2 times now and they have been absolutely great. Both crews I had were on time, organized and extremely careful with all of my stuff. They packed my entire condo in no time at all and when I unpacked the boxes I was impressed with the care all my belongings were wrapped with. Their storage containers and whole facility was very clean which showed me they really do care about what they are doing. I found Dose Moving and Storage through an online Google search. The company I work for was moving out of a showroom and Dose made the entire process extremely easy! Marilee was an absolute pleasure to work with and there was great communication back and forth. I would highly recommend Dose Moving to anyone looking for a superior moving experience. From the day I talked to Marilee (sp?) to set up the appointment she was very attentive to our needs. Email and phone confirmations and explanation of their service could not have been better communicated. Email and phone calls leading up to the day were very nice and reassuring as well. The closing sale of our home was delayed by the lender and Dose worked with us to move the appointment at the last minute. On the day of the move the Crew Leader Jim called 30 minutes prior to inform me that they were on their way and they arrived right on the appointment minute.
