Dooley’s always does a thorough and great job taking care and cleaning out our septic system. The call the day before to confirm … they called the day of to say they were in route and they arrived on time. Vey customer focused business.

I called Dooley in the morning, and they were able to show up that afternoon. Everything was handled efficiently, and the tech explained what he was doing. We will be repeat customers.

Had numerous repairs needed at two locations one was completed the other needed more extensive repairs and has been rescheduled for an additional day to complete.

Came on time. Driver was very friendly .

Prompt, professional, and courteous. They responded promptly and communicated with me directly from the very beginning. The service from beginning to end went exactly as they said it would. No surprises. Came when they said they would. Photo-ID was texted before arrival. I was told upfront about what could happen in the worse case scenario. Everything went well. I couldn’t be happier.

This is a separate post from the one above. We used Dooley again because of our previous experience with the company was so positive. The plumber was prompt, friendly, took care not to track dirt, and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions if he had the answers and told me if he didn’t. A value I appreciate in someone providing service. I will not hesitate to use Dooley in the future.

I have had 5 other septic cleaners here over 23 years to keep my mound system healthy. Jack from Dooley Pro was the only person to ever open the septic completely up for cleaning, open and check all mound observation ports and report/explain every aspect of his actions. I am now more knowledgeable about my system and can take care of it more efficiently. I'm sticking with Dooley!
