Dooley Service Pro did a remarkable job fixing my septic tank issue. We had a back up at 10:00 at night and they arrived first thing the next morning and got right to work. They pumped out the tank and also identified an underlying issue I had that I was completely unaware of. That discovery alone saved me countless amounts of frustration, misery and money that would've arisen in the future. They had a separate dig crew out to fix the underlying issue that same day as well, and the entire job was done in a matter of only a few hours. Their technicians were fantastic and went above and beyond to explain everything and all at a great price. This was my first time using Dooley Service Pro, and I'll never call anyone else! Can't thank them enough!

This person was just putting band aids on a very serious issue. I finally got tired of the run around and called Dooley’s and they came out to investigate same day. Not only was it same day but it was about 8:30 in the evening.

They identified the issue and how serious it was. They started fixing the issue next day. The crew that came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very kind. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. It was a pretty big job (needed new lift station and pump) and they got us up and running in a day and a half. Called in morning... had clean drains that afternoon.
The young men that showed up got promptly to work and had two drains running better than the drains ever had. They also pointed out an issue I had and was not aware of... which I fixed myself after they left.

Will definitely be calling them again the next time I need clear running drains.

Aaron & Caleb arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and quickly remedied the issue. They were smartly dressed in uniforms and made introductions. They arrived with shoe covers and proceeded immediately. They had professional tools and were well-trained. They cleaned up the little mess that was created from drain cleaning. The guys that came out were very professional and very thorough… checked all aspects of the system including the filter baffle and the drywell. I was impressed with getting all of the details of the job right to my email as soon as they left! I also love the fact that they honor our veterans and first responders!
