Aaron, the service technician, quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He explained he was able to temporarily reset the unit but the unit needed a new motor and unit needed to be cleaned. He explained the plan, scheduled a date for the unit to be cleaned and ordered the motor. He explained what Dooley Service could and could not do as it is an airaitrd unit and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased how well he answered my questions since I am clueless when it comes to septic systems. His professionalism, knowledge and ability to relay information not only gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision but give me confidence in the company.
