I'm taking the time to post because not only did they do a great job, but also educated me as to how to prevent future issues as well as save money in the long run. They took the time to explain my situation and how to manage my less than ideal septic situation from now on. I've been given false info about septic systems that attributed to extra $ and a weekend of dealing with sewage coming up in both shower bases. Many local companies will take your $ and not do a proper job so that you'll have to call again a year later to make some easy $. Makeup bottle went down the toilet and got stuck under our slab home . First pulled up toilet to find it and it made and made the choice to run the line from the roof . The service technician Josh Rider was VERY courteous, polite and informative on his procedure.

Arron and his assistant were on time and very professional, they looked at our plumbing issues and gave us a bid we were very happy with. They also fixed one of our problems while they were on site. So far I have accepted the bid they proposed and are waiting for next week to finalize the plumbing problems. So far so good and I will post again after the work is finished.
