Doo Doo Squad

I have been a customer of Doo Doo Squad for several years now and they provide amazing customer service and truly care about animals! Oscar is my technician and he is always timely and most recently saw me struggling to get my garbage can to the curb because I was late and without hesitation he offered to take the can out to the curb for me. Thank you Oscar!!

Nicholas was my poop squad service rep. He was kind and totally connected with my dog. He was extremely thorough and kept me in the loop of what he was doing and the why. Thank you so much Nicholas for you attention to the needs of our yard!

This service has truly changed my life. I recommend it to ALL of my friends and family. Raul does our yard weekly and it is always spotless! He is quick and efficient and so polite. Always on time first thing in the morning, which is fabulous because the yard is clean for the landscapers to come right after. Highly highly recommend. Price is great and makes my life SO much easier!

If I could rate Nicholas personally,l he would get 5 stars. He is extraordinarily friendly & positive attitude is refreshing in any industry, but especially this one. No pun or disrespect intended. Almost every rep would get 5 stars. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that once in awhile (rarely, since inception of our business relationship) there's a random no-show. It isn't frequent, possibly just an oversight or weather related. My son pays for this so any notifications are probably sent to him. The 4 stars is not reflective of Nicholas. Have been grateful and appreciate the great service from the entire team.

Great service! Easy to use. Nicholas is super friendly, very attentive to making sure our yard is secure when he arrives and leaves and doesn't mind when our fur baby is in the yard following him around.

So glad I signed up for service from Doo Doo Squad — without them, we’d be stepping in landmines regularly. Luis is our guy — he comes through the gate and follows a route through our eclectic backyard, scooping piles up from all over, and makes sure the gate is closed when he’s all done. We’re pretty darn grateful for him!!

Oscar came today and he was incredibly nice and professional. We love this service
