Dog Fencing Systems

This company has gone above and beyond numerous times. They are prompt with answering the phone/text message and they go out of their way to meet customers needs. Truly the old fashioned way of doing business and a standard you do not see often in service related fields. First time I reached out to them I needed a new collar for our new dog. They sent me a new one and it wasn’t programmed to my old outdated fencing motherboard. They walked me through how to program it on the phone and via text message. Second time I reached out to them the same collar was malfunctioning. They returned my text promptly and I explained the issue. They told me they would send out a warranty replacement asap. The next day they told me that they would personally come out and replace it. Now that’s service! Thank you Eric and Jessica for your efforts and for taking pride in your business.
