I can't say enough about how awesome of a team Eric and Jessica are. Beginning with our initial consult, we knew that we were dealing with owners that truly care about their customers (and their furry companions.) The features and advantage's of the system were clearly explained to us with our quote, alongside answers to any additional questions that we had that weren't already answered by the substantial documentation provided. We were notified well in advance when we should expect our install and Eric showed up on time and ready to go. Our pup took to him immediately and responded well to his commands. We discussed the layout in advance and walked the property line to confirm the final placement so there were no surprises. Training began immediately after install and we were given follow-up instructions accompanied with scheduled check-ins on our dogs progress. Any time we reached out we were responded to promptly with helpful suggestions. The rechargeable collar is very easy to keep charged and the companion app is great (it even has a remote control light for the collar and can be used anywhere- even away from the home.) Our fence was money well spent as our kids love spending hours playing fetch with our pupoy and we love knowing our she is safe in the yard since she really respects the boundaries. Highly recommend
