Jessica and Eric are a dream team to work with. We are people who are very cautious in spending and will do a ton of research to minimize buyers remorse. This is one buy we kick ourselves for not doing earlier! They were incredibly easy to work with! Their customer service was astounding and they get you the info you need quickly.

We moved from the halo collar to petstop. The Halo Collar was a great idea in theory but the GPS technology just isn’t there yet. The tech was similar to having spotty cell service which glitched and shocked our puppy confusing him on what his boundaries were.

Eric retrained Henry (our pup) and he finally gained the freedom both he and I very much needed as he is super high energy and now had a backyard to explore.

We’ve had our fencing system for just about 3 months now, and probably one of the best investments we have made. Best thing we’ve done since we got our puppies. We have 3, 2 toy poodles and a black lab. Eric and Jessica are professional, prompt and great with the puppies and the communication.

Eric took the time on the installation date to ensure that all areas were properly covered by the “fence”. He was very careful to make sure nothing was disturbed and if it was, he made sure it was cleaned up before he left. Training was so easy. We are now 2 weeks into it and the pups know their territory.
